Colors are an essential part of describing objects, people, and surroundings. Below is a list of common colors in Arabic.

Practice Activities

1. Counting Practice:
   • Practice counting from 1 to 20 in Arabic. Say each number aloud and write them down in Arabic script.
   • Use objects (like pens or coins) to practice counting in Arabic.
2. Color Identification:
   • Look around your room or use pictures to identify objects of different colors. Practice saying the color names in Arabic.
   • Example: “The sky is blue” – السماء زرقاء (As-sama’ zarqa’).
3. Color Matching Game:
   • Use colored cards or objects. Hold up a card or object and ask, “What color is this?” Respond with the Arabic name.
   • Example: Hold up a red card and say, “What color is this?” The response should be, “أحمر” (Ahmar).
4. Creating Sentences:
   • Create sentences using both numbers and colors. For example, “I have three red apples” – “لدي ثلاث تفاحات حمراء” (Ladaya thalath tufahat hamra’).
